    Lovely if a little overlooked!
    7.6
Excellent place for golf this, the Parkland course is the quieter of the course in my view which is a crying shame as it still has plenty to offer. The greens and fairways here were in good condition but were a little patchy at times (I presume efforts are focused more on the main course) however it was still a pleasure to play on and I presume greens keepers will look at this course next. The facilities were fantastic and we enjoyed some excellent food and drink in the clubhouse afterwards. All of the staff were attentive and welcoming and with a little more TLC to the course this would be out of this world.

    Great
    8.0
The facilities here are brilliant, lovely service had by all and the food and drink available was great. With regards to the golf, the Greenwood course is by far the most popular and it’s easy to see why. When we played it, it was in very good nick (if a little wet because of the weather) the greens are very undulating but that added to the fun for me. Greens were true and fast and an enjoyable round was had by all. Highly recommended by me and all the staff were excellent and knowledgeable, I would definitely return.

    Big changes for the better!
    8.3
I last played this course in the summer of 2009, and since then there’s been a massive renovation with only 4 of the original holes still there. I really enjoyed the last time I played there – I’m not sure if it’s because it was the first time I’d hit under par in a round or if I liked the design!! I have to say that the renovation has been a success as it now plays better (a bit tougher too). The greens are in good condition for November and are much quicker than they used to be – took me a while to get used to them. The welcome is as friendly as ever and the guys in the pro shop were more than willing to share local knowledge. Food in the clubhouse was great too and I’d recommend the course to everyone.
