Average rating obtained byThis rating for Glasson Golf Club. is the average of 1 ratings obtained from www.top100golfcourses.co.ukFinally managed to get to stay and play at Glasson in summer 2006 after having had the course on my list of Irish tracks to play for some years. First of all the positives: There are some spectacular views across the lough from the elevated sections of the course that has been laid out over former farmland. The land slopes quite dramatically in places and you can find some challenging lies but overall the design of the course failed to meet up to my expectations and I putted out on the last feeling a little disappointed. I suppose you shouldnt expect too much from a hotel course but given its high ranking I expected more. Glasson is not in my personal Irish Top 50.
Average rating obtained byThis rating for Glasson Golf Club. is the average of 4 ratings obtained from www.1golf.euGolfplatz um die Hotelanlage herum angeordnet.
