Anster 2017 - Start of season review26/02/2017this review is the subjective opinion of a GOLFBOO user and not of GOLFBOO S.LAs a member of Anstruther Golf Club the condition of the course at the start of this year is better than ever. This is down to the hard work from the head greenkeeper and the volunteers over the past 9 months. I hope the course can continue to improve and attract more visitors from across the UK and further afield.

Average rating obtained byThis rating for Anstruther Golf Club. is the average of 5 ratings obtained from www.ukgolfguide.comMuch has been written about the fifth hole, "Rockies", and it is certainly worth the attention. Apart from that, this course can be seen with diverse eyes. We played two rounds in August in calm conditions, and I second the different thoughts of an accompaning couple. She said "This is a nice walk with marvellous views", he said "I might become addicted to the task of mastering the four difficult holes (1,5,6,7)". I'm also sure that this small beauty will transform into a ferocious beast in stronger wind. Anyway, this is great fun at a small place, the inviting little clubhouse and restaurant completing a good day of golf.
